Kindred Group Partners with MuchBetter for Enhanced Payment Options

The organization behind Unibet, known as Kindred Group, has joined forces with MuchBetter, a payment platform that operates both online and offline, and is contactless. MuchBetter is managed by MIR Limited UK.

This collaboration signifies that patrons of all Kindred websites, commencing with Unibet, Bingo.com, and Maria Casino, can now utilize the MuchBetter application for financial transactions.

Kindred selected MuchBetter due to its user-friendliness, security, and minimal charges. They also sought a partner to assist them in navigating the complex regulations in Europe and North America.

MuchBetter levies fees based on a player’s monthly deposit amount, rather than on each individual transaction. This structure makes it more cost-effective, particularly for high-spending individuals, a factor that was crucial to Kindred. They also observed a rising demand for MuchBetter among their clientele.

Israel Rosenthal, the founder and chief executive officer of MuchBetter, stated, “Our aim in creating MuchBetter was to provide benefits for both businesses and their customers.”

The Kindred Group has witnessed a clear demand from its players for the integration of MuchBetter as a new payment option, demonstrating the company’s expanding influence within the gaming community.

Phaedra Debattista, Senior Payment Solutions Manager at Kindred Group, stated: “Our commitment lies in furnishing players with a more secure and user-friendly gambling experience. We prioritize player feedback and selected MuchBetter as our new payment partner due to its smooth and protected user interface.”

“MuchBetter’s regulatory proficiency and distinctive business model in our primary regions were also key considerations for us, and their team has provided exceptional support.”

Data released in February indicated that Kindred Group’s annual income surpassed £1 billion in 2020, driven by record levels of active users and substantial growth in emerging markets.

Overall revenue for the year surged by 23.9% to £1.13 billion, with casino, poker, and other gaming revenues contributing the largest share at £6.421 billion.
